As a monster, Gaga. Not because ARTPOP is not enjoyable, but I hope she'll move onto new genres of pop instead of dated EDM productions.

She has a good voice, but her output is usually terrible and even the stuff that has a potential is ruined by her overdoing it or later by overproducing. Its tragic.

I think Katy can do better (quality-wise) than she has shown, even though I do like her music for the most part.
