I think she will actually promote this new album. Besides her talking about being inspired again and such, someone said that Gwen will be on the fall season of The Voice next year. There will be no excuses for her not to promote, and this will force her team to get it together for this next era. Of course, this could all just be wishful thinking on my part. I don't really care about sales - I just want good music, performances, photo shoots, and interviews.

As for a tour, well we will just have to wait and see. We may have another situation like that Vine video I posted earlier.
