I really love ARTPOP, but it didn't feel like a "listen from start to finish, it's so fun" kind of album for me. Not just the album, the era as a whole, all the problems and stuff. It wasn't Gaga's fault, I really fell for her. But she seems better now.

I was just looking through my old posts for the fun of it, and look at my first thread. A Marry the Night Week tea. I was so hopeful.

Nnn, even my second thread ever was full of hope.

I can understand if you were a fan from the early days getting fans in during the mess that was ARTPOP is a bit weird but for me, I was a typical soccer mom like "god what is she wearing now" "she's ugly" "what a freak" I didn't like her at all, like many I stopped at the outfits.

DWUW performance tho is wonderful and there is 1 element you can never take away from her, if it's during TFM times or now with ARTPOP and that's talent and showman ship. She was born to be on stage and that performance moved me so much I fell in love. That charisma and voice, it was amazing! Those belts at the end still can bring tears to my eyes and I realised, I never looked at her that way or allow myself to look at her that way and saw that I have misunderstood her all the time.

Metacritic is keeping the Tiny Mixtapes review of 1989 off, right? Is there some way we can get them to remove it for BTW?
