She could do it but only if she's willing to sing those obvious generic hit singles again and without DJ White Shadow.

I think she can have a comeback. But it really depends on whether she + her team can build her brand back up to the point where people are really interested in her again and want to spend money on her. Rapidly declining album sales are another factor to take into account.
