Outlandish is a very appropriate word to describe it. Outlandish does not necessarily equal good though.

Fact is Gaga turned it into her vision of a Rave party.. weather you agree with it or not is out of the question.. it is her work so her description of it is considered a fact. the test for a fact is verifiability and Gaga herself verified that it is a Rave themed
