Anyone could sing these songs and they would go top 10 - she is not putting herself out there to be known as an artist. They will buy the quick little bops on the chart because they sound good - and $1.29 is a lot cheaper than buying an album from someone they don't even care about.
I don't know. For me personally, I've never really cared for her much. Sure Break Free and Love Me Harder are pretty good, but she's just not that exciting. As for the rest of her music, I'm just not that into it and so maybe the gp isn't either.
