COLLINSVILLE, Ill. - A woman wielding a steak knife stole a woman's purse Sunday afternoon in a Walmart parking lot, the Collinsville Police Department said.
Wittenauer said people in the parking lot heard a woman screaming for help and came to her aid.
Police described the suspect as a woman with an olive complexion, standing approximately 5'2" with a medium build, wearing a white hoodie and blue jeans.
