I agree. But I'm talking about alcohol as a dietary supplement where it is taken to help some issues instead of taking other pills. It may sound absurd because the whole idea of supplement intake is to enhance diet/health and alcohol is associated with degrading health. But in some cases, alcohol (especially red wine) has been proven to help some health issues. For my issue, I just chose alcohol because I found out it helped me better than what I was initially prescribed with. I've been allowed to do it, thankfully (

) as long as it's moderated. That's why I listed Alcohol as my supplement, because sometimes I need it to complete my diet otherwise I won't feel okay.
