Choosing WP over Android was their death sentence tbh. Should've just jumped on the Android bandwagon even tho they like to do things differently. They would be slaying alongside HTC, LG, Moto, and Samsung rn.

The company didn't die. They just sold the parts that were making a loss to Microsoft for $7.2 billion and kept the good bits - mapping and networks.

They used to rule and now nobody checks for them.

It's only the brand that changed. But the heart and soul of Nokia now lives on in Microsoft. It will still be the same quality hardware with superlative camera and innovative features since all the talented Nokia engineers and designers have just transferred over to Microsoft. If you want a Nokia, then buy a Microsoft phone just like you should buy a Lenovo if you want an IBM PC.
