This reminds me of the point in Britney's breakdown where the AP actually started writing an obituary.

Except Amanda seems far worse and it's not gotten nearly as much media attention.

Sadly there isn't much that can be done at this point. I feel like unless she gets caught in a situation doing something harmful, there won't be any other type of intervention. It's rather frightening to hear her say these things but she's obviously not in the right state of mind at all. She's going back and forth as well with the "I wouldn't actually do it but I would do it" I mean, she's having thoughts of killing another person. This is just getting too out of hand.
