People's misunderstanding of feminism is the most annoying topic of the decade. Feminism in it's true form is a wonderful thing and not annoying at all. If people would take just a little bit of time out of their lives to actually sit down and get a real understanding of what feminism stands for than a lot of the ignorance surrounding the topic would go away and it wouldn't seem quite so 'annoying'.
It's the ignorant people who make the discussion annoying.

Feminism is not an exclusive club.
A feminist is someone who believes in the equality of the sexes.
For example: Kim Kardashian may in some eyes "objectify" herself or "empower" herself.
Regardless, I think it's safe to say she's a feminist.
I highly doubt she believes men and women are not equal and the same goes for most people.
You can't write all feminists off as tumblr idiots/homophobes/racists because we're from all different walks of life.

Isn't it actually important that everyone, not just women fight for feminism. Same way everyone should fight for marriage equality, not just homosexual or bisexual women and men and how we should all support the end of racism, especially since people of colour are a minority and their voices will never be respected as long as white people don't start giving a **** or two about stopping racism.
They are Homophobic cause they act like gay men owe them something. When they where the most homophobic people back In the day. They also hate Black people and Asians. They poke fun of black feminists all the time. They also dragged this an Asian women for being really skinny and called her all type of slurs cause she didn't fit their agenda. If you don't support them they will threaten to kill you. They are really mean and hateful people

How can you think that a movement that fights for women rights & equality is annoying? Especially when we live in a world that is completely patriarchal at its core and women must face constant criticism & prejudice to leave their mark.

Our society was shaped in a way to benefit a select group of individuals whether through religion or unfair laws. Minorities have been struggling to gain respect and acceptance for years and are only now starting to see a change. SOCIAL INJUSTICE COULD NEVER BE ANNOYING.
