I personally think the total opposite. Other than the topic of Iggy's rapping voice, she got nothing coming at her. Nicki had to deal with multiple things at once; other female rappers attacking her, her crazy outfits/wigs, bashing on her rapping, etc.
Are u forgetting this. Nicki was getting hate before PF dropped from Keys/Kim and Keys video went viral.
And I don't think we should forget about Black Friday... Nicki's debut was a total mess, 10x worse than Iggy's, Idk why people see it otherwise tbh but everyone's entitled to their opinions.

People tend to forget the public didnt use her until Moment 4 Life, She had Massive Attack ( a massive flop and got picked on for ) and Your Love( that did decently but was criticized for its confusing video). She was bashed for having all these alteregos and consistently being collabs and not really having success in any of them until her verse from Monster. And lets not forget Lil Kim.
