Radiohead are def legendary in the Alternative/Rock community, but one below Springsteen and one above freaking Elvis?

Radiohead, U2 () and Kanye are not legends.

I may not personally like some of the artists on this list but they are all legends in their own right and to varying degrees. You have to look at the artist in the context of the contribution they have made to their genre rather than to pop culture and music as a whole.
