People shouldn't murder regardless of what someone has done. It's not our right. We can lock them away so they don't repeat the offence.
And of COURSE he's still on the loose. Do you know how a justice system works? You have to go to trial to be proven guilty first. Once you're proven guilty, then your locked up.
Unless you commit an act that proves you guilty etc. The court would have to make sure the evidence these people are putting against this man are true.
For example, Kesha claimed Dr Luke sexually assaulted her. Yet Luke isn't in Jail. Why? Because the court has to decide whether or not the evidence is true.

He was found guilty and sent to jail. He served his time and was let out. The point is he shouldn't have been paroled in the first place. Look at Daniel Morcombes killer or Jill Mahers. The death penalty was invented for venom like these
