If you think that every user is real and that more people would choose to follow Katy Perry over anybody else....girl I don't know where to start.
In my personal opinion, no user has more than 22 million real followers. Even that's being generous. People don't use Twitter like they do other sites. It's for shows to put up a hashtag about and for teenagers to tweet mean things

Look obviously not every single follower is real but she clearly still has more real followers than anyone else.
The suggestion that she buys them is also a little silly. She has more followers than anyone else. Good for her.

for the amount of followers she has the amount of rt's and fave is just a little bit higher of someone with 20 millions less followers  and i wonder why with all these followers when there is something to vote with hashtag katy is nowhere on the lists

Don't know what kind of parameters you're using but she still gets more retweets than everyone else? Gaga and Rihanna both have more than 20m followers and they still get less retweeted. And fake accounts don't retweet your tweets. If you really think Gaga has more followers how do you explain that she gets twice as many retweets as Gaga?
