Calvin Harris and John Newman blame it on the night as their dancy collaboration “Blame” shoots at #1. “Blame” is the second #1 for both gentlemen as it follows their chart-topping hits “Spectrum” (back in 2012) and “Love Me Again” (last December) respectively. “Blame” is the fourteenth song to top the list this year.
Meghan Trainor rises 3-2, as her chart-topping booty anthem “All About That Bass” knocks last week’s queen at #3. “All About That Bass” ruled for 2 weeks before being pushed at #3 from Kiesza. Kiesza is now on a decrease as her “Hideaway” falls 1-3. “Bass” and “Hideaway” were the very first chart-toppers for both ladies.
Maroon 5 get a small boost and like “Animals” the reach a new peak inside the Top 5. The controversial single from M5’s new album “V” surpasses “Maps” peak (#5) and is getting a chance to even climb higher next week. Tove Lo and “Habits (Stay High)” is also re-peaking this week after a massive jump from #9 to #5. Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora rap-sing their “Black Widow” from #6.
Taylor Swift keeps “Shaking it off” in the Top 10. Her lead single from “1989” now falls at #7, but there’s no problem with that. Ed Sheeran gets another Top10 single as “Don’t” moves 15-8. It’s his second “X” single to reach the Top10 this year. “Prayer In C” ‘s Robin Schulz by Lilly Wood & The Prick is the hottest debut of the week. The song lands at #9. Clean Bandit round the Top10 with “Rather Be” which falls at #10.

Calvin Harris and John Newman enjoy a second week ruling the PlatinumCharts. Their smash hit “Blame” dominates once again and becomes the longest running-#1-single for both men.
Meghan Trainor is still “All About That Bass” and her booty anthem is steady at #2 and ready to snatch when she gets the chance. The girly song peaked at #1 for 2 weeks a few weeks ago and became Trainor’s first chart topper. Tove Lo gets a new peak this week as her single “Habits (Stay High)” flies 5-3.
Maroon 5 and their nasty “Animals” enjoy one more week stuck at #4. This is their highest peaking song since “Payphone” back in 2012. Kiesza might have ruled 2 weeks ago, but now round the Top10 with her smash hit “Hideaway”. Ed Sheeran keeps the healthy increases as “Don’t” gets a new peak at #6.
Taylor Swift is stable at #7 once again with her lead single from “1989”, “Shake It Off”. The song peaked at #3. At #8 it’s Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora with their smash hit “Black Widow” which ruled for 5 weeks. Robin Schulz’ “Prayer In C” remix by Lilly Wood & The Prick maintains its #9-position again this week. Nick Jonas is the last one to enter this week’s issue with “Jealous".

Calvin Harris extends his domination at #1 as his dance smash “Blame” remains stable at #1 for a third week. The hot dance anthem is Harris’ second chart topper following “Spectrum” and it also features John Newman, who also topped the PlatinumCharts for a week, almost a year ago, with “Love Me Again”.
Tove Lo keeps climbing once again and her “Habits (Stay High)” is now a breath away from the summit. “Habits” moves 3-2 knocking down the competition. At #3 it’s Ed Sheeran who’s also climbing quite fast. “Don’t”, Sheeran’s second single from “x” album, now goes Top 3 and ties “Sing” ‘s peak.
Nick Jonas skyrockets at #4 after re-entering the Top10 last week with “Jealous”. The sexy crooner gets his highest-peaking single to date with “Jealous”. Will this climb even higher? Meghan Trainor tumbles from #2 to #5 with her #1-Smash, “All About That Bass”. Maroon 5 fall from the Top 5 and land at #6 with their provocative “Animals” singles.
Taylor Swift is stable, again, at #7 with her “1989” lead single “Shake It Off”. Kiesza now falls at #8 with her #1 smash hit “Hideaway” and Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora follow suite at #9 with the massive “Black Widow”. Sam Smith gets his second Top10 single as “I’m Not The Only One” enters the Top10 at #10.

Calvin Harris falls at #2 after ruling for 3 consecutive weeks. “Blame”, a dance anthem that features John Newman, was Harris’ second chart topper. Ed Sheeran remains stable at #3 with his single “Don’t”.
Tove Lo tumbles at #4 with her #2-peaking single “Habits (Stay High)”, while Meghan Trainor is stable at #5 with her chart-topping smash hit “All About That Bass”. “Bass” spent 2-weeks at #1 before being pushed by Harris’ “Blame”. At #6 it’s Sam Smith and his brand new single “I’m Not The Only One”. “Only One” follows the #2-peaking smash “Stay With Me”.
Maroon 5 turned into “Animals” for their second “V” single. “Animals” peaked at #4 before being pushed out of the Top5. At #8 it’s Taylor Swift and her haters dedicated single “Shake It Off”. Tay’s “Shake” went as high as #3. Kiesza falls at #9 with the #1-smash “Hideaway”, while Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora round the Top10 with their 5-weeks-chart-topping-smash “Black Widow”.
