I suppose it depends on how that "bad person" earned the money. If they are a rude person but work hard, then no. If they are a drug lord or a pimp or something along those lines, then maybe.

But not all rich people work for their money. If you're a Rothschild (wealthiest family in history) you likely got billions of dollars just because you're a Rothschild. There are good people like Bill Gates who said he won't give his money to his children and he always helps the needy.
