It's not about it being a shocker, it's about it being a crap single. It's horrible when you have a album with classics on it and you choose to manipulate radio and your fans with garbage.
and my point is no one else would dare release this crap, much less put it on their album unless they just wanted to make controversy. It's really tacky.

You need to understand, Britney only had an era of radio flops, and that was the Britney era and it had a valid reason. Then Blackout of course stations didn't bother to play her name. Now she's popular musically again, radio is spinning her **** like 2003/2004. Hell even "My Prerogative" almost went Top 20. 
People exaggerate her "floppage" on radio. Her name is a radio success, obviously.
