This is the exact opposite of cultural appropriation.
Basically, the black girl looks like a naked slave happy to serve you. Meanwhile, the white girl looks like she's incredibly wealthy and hosting an erotic dinner party.
I don't think it's intentionally racist, but PR should've caught this. He may not have been thinking how it would look to someone who isn't white and that oversight comes off as incredibly racist.
