Well based on experience and what I've seen, sitting in front of a TV, verses being active outside WILL get you fat no matter WHAT you put in your body.
Eat salads and then sit on your ass 24/7 and you will slowly gain weight.
What you eat has a high percentage of what get's you fat, but as long as you stay active and try to eat other healthy foods, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
I remember once when my sister spent at least 12 hours in front of the TV one day off school.
