I don't understand how you fail to see that. It's no different from Xtina's Beautiful, Sia's Titanium. Pink's Perfect, Demi's Skyscraper. A bit more personal but the message is the same.

The concepts are somewhat similar, but SIO has a different approach. All of the songs you listed have the "You're beautiful, you're worth it, don't let anyone tell you otherwise" concept, while SIO gets a little more specific with it.
