I don't think Bebe Rexha knew her vocals were being used on the track, because she originally said just a couple weeks ago "I co-wrote and sing on one song, and co-wrote another" when talking about David Guetta.

As much as I love Hey Mama, I don't think it'll be a single. No Money No Love is a lot better, and obviously Dr Luke (Elliphant's mentor) and Polydor (who are relaunching Ms Dynamite) will push for its release and probably pay for promo.

It's clear as well David Guetta and Afrojack couldn't care less about Hey Mama too. David's doesn't list it as one of his favourite songs off the album, and Afrojack said nothing about it in any of his interviews last week.

I'm really disappointed Nicki doesn't sing the chorus for Hey Mama solo, because it doesn't sound hard at all, and Bebe Rexha is obviously going to push for her credited track to be a single, not Nicki's.

Also, Bebe is sexier than Nicki. So I can see Nicki refusing the single's release just because of that.

Nicki is meant to be a rapper AND singer. How lazy can she get if she can't be assed to sing the easiest chorus of all her pop records? I've seen Nicki proper singing live (in person) around 6 times now, so I personally know she can do it. So stupid.

Sometimes it's nice to have someone sing the chorus. Features are nice, y'know.
