Wow both of these choices are... Chris Pratt is ok I guess, nothing special. Neil is a fine choice for the older crowd, but he really hasn't aged well at all. Happy for them though. And nice to see a gay man being atop one of these lists for once.
Because they are jealous that he's been in a happy, gay relationship for years.
They'd much rather drool over straight men and pray to Cher that they're gay. And then if they end up being gay, they won't care anymore and move to their next victim.
