No. Plenty of successful legendary albums never went #1. And plenty of flop albums did go #1 so it's nothing to brag about.

I would say that it's not EXTREMELY amazing because a lot of artists don't release more than one album in 12 months so it's not a common thing, but if they started doing that then I'm sure there'd be a lot more people getting 2 #1 albums in a year as well.

But I think it's great for her because she did it with two really underrated albums that are completely different genres and are both different from her normal style (for the most part.)
