My perception about this B&W thingy is that they imagine if how would the video would look if it isn't black and white. Let's say Single Ladies, it'll be just the same, except the fact we can add the color brown to the video.
LoL T.O.N.Y. took me for one i got it when she brought out the pregnancy test in the end...but Long Distance though was a great video and it all wasn't in black and white...it fit the song
