I literally CRINGE EVERY SINGLE TIME that damn Stop Bullying commercial from Cartoon Network (The one with the people 'rapping') comes on.

I'm sorry (Just being blunt here) and I know they were doing it all in fun but that is EXACTLY what pops up when I think of a nonblack person trying too hard to emulate urban culture.

I would agree with this, but this distinction isn't drawn when it comes to someone like Iggy.

Other than that and the fact that a good fraction of my friends are black, I don't really have much identification with black culture since I'm latin American.

Every culture has its good and bad. We have a long way to go, but we are very welcoming and hospitable if you REALLY get to know us. Southerners are at least...

I am Latino and no... I do not like Black American Culture that much. There is just too much Ratchetness and Ghettoness. And I am not talking about Poor Blacks… I have seen Middle Class Blacks act like that with ebonics and nasty attitudes. I have notice this more than Whites and Hispanics. So I rarely relate with Blacks in the USA. Only with the ones that other Blacks called 'Acting White'. They are cool people to hang out though.

I have been in Uganda and Tanzania and I love that Black Culture. They are really nice people to get to know. The woman there speak so soft. And the men are always smiling and are just over all nicer than Black Americans. Thats my experience.
