People mistake iconic-ness with amount of commercial success or personal taste. SL is just another level. We can't really separate video and song and say one is iconic and the other isn'it... this is Beyoncé, an performance artist, the one who created a ''visual album''. Single Ladies is an package, music+visual. Everytime anyone see the hand movement, hears the ''oh oh oh'', they know what it is. Iconic. Umbrella is an breakthrought hit but i don't see what makes it so much more differentiable than SL.
