The Fame Monster is 78% according to metacritic more than any Rihanna album
Gaga has 5 GRAMMYs, 2 of them are big categories
Rih has 7, and none of them are in the big categories and most of them are collaborations
and Gaga has more awards overall

The grammys don't have anything like 'big category grammies'.
All grammies are considered equal and Rihanna has more.
Also Rihanna's metacritic average is higher than Gaga's.

she's a singer, perhaps. And even that's a little iffy.
