If one is dark skinned and they bleach it constantly, is it offensive to natural their born race?
I know many who do find it offensive. (This is different from transsexuals, do not bring it up)

I think it's more sad than anything tbh. It's very common in the Philippines for example because of their history of American colonization....their post colonial trauma is very sad to me.

if bleaching is offensive tanning must be equally offensive.
This. In 2010 I used to be Madonna white, then in 2011 I started tanning 3 ours a day every day in summer and I've been tanning a lot in summer ever since, now I'm much darker. Is that offensive?
