I was 4. I remember hearing it on MTV for the first time in 1998 though and being in my grans house and loving it, it was a really sunny day and I was jumping about singing it I loved this ****, you couldn't go anywhere in Britain without hearing. Biggest selling song of 1999 for ****s sake! Will never happen again. My mum and dad also took me to Glasgow one day and I bought the single, because I bought a CD single every Saturday, and that was my choice on that particular day. I also have a pirate copy of the album. My favourite song on the album at that point was "(You Drive Me) Crazy" and "Soda Pop". I prefered her second album. I remember playing it in my grans and loving it! I was such a music ***** at like 3. **** sake, I wasn't normal !
God! the anticipation that this album built for her sophomore was insane.
lol i know, i was literally marking down the days till i could go get the Oops Album! I remember that day so clearly the store had a shitload everywhere but they were selling super fast, i saw at least 10 other people with the Oops! album in line. Those were exciting days!

I was 7. I really wasn't into the music industry. I had no idea who she was until OOPS came out.
The single and album were both HUGE here in my country. I remember singing ''Stronger'' all day long. haha. Now, she's my favorite artist
I was 8 years old when ...Baby One More Time came out. I remember one of my friends from school was playing the single on her Walkman (lol) and I was like "who is this?" She said Britney Spears and I've fallen in love with her ever since!
I was 10....and I was actually going to the record store to buy another album, a band calle The Vengaboys "Up And Down", "We're Going to Ibiza", remember them???
But that album sold out and Britney's was there....so my dad said "well, pick another one" and I chose Britney's...blown away, loved it!!
Thank you MTV Latinamerica, they *****d the hell out of her
