Gaga's impact is still too early to gauge IMO. 10 years from now will people cite her as an influence? That is unknown. A more-suited word would be popular. But P!nk has had a lot of impact - Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Adele, Katy Perry all cite her as an inspiration. I'm not saying Gaga will not have that, I'm just saying her time isn't here yet.

It has many influences from rock to EDM.
