What is Central Europe:
Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lichtenstein

What is Eastern Europe:
Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Moldova, etc.

Even the Baltic States (especially Estonia) shouldn't be considered Eastern Europe. Estonia has historic ties with Sweden and Finland. Lithuania and Latvia have had considerable German influence.
