The only Lorde vibes I get on the album are from Blank Space (especially "you know I love the players"). I don't really see it in New Romantics, Wildest Dreams or I Know Places, usually the three songs people compare to Lorde

I knew your feeling, I felt similarly in the past.
I think some directioners are changing because of the power of Taylor and her music, maybe you and me can give them a little bit of time.
Comparing with some other stars, I'm glad that our fav grows very well

I don't want to compare I KNOW PLACES with Lorde's music, but it's not the worst job Ryan Tedder did on 1989 though.

I definitely hear Lorde while listening to NR. It was the first thought that popped in my mind the first time I listened to it.

It's like the versus are Lorde, and the chorus is Taylor

I will move BLANK SPACE from my number 5 favorite on 1989 to number 4, it's really great

I can't stand him tbh. Especially after what he did to his wife .

I used to like his music. Wide Open was pretty great, but ever since then his music hasn't been very good, and as of recently it's been pure garbage. He is a fan of Taylor's. basically questioned the ACAs credibility in an interview because the biggest superstar in country music (Taylor) wasn't in attendance. I like how he stood up for her, but, I cannot get over what he did to his family
Call me judgmental, but I think it's disgusting.


Now it seems once again he is supporting Taylor . I will put my judgements aside for now
