I'm just happy she is actually recording new material, I just hope I like the album and it is cohesive and different from Lotus.

Yeah, Christina is always late to (moat) trends but at the same time, she sets her own most of the time.
I don't mind her working with Pharrell (he is on The Voice with her after all). I just hope its music that takes her our her comfort zone.
