I'm from Chile and the song peaked #19 here, but that doesn't mean it wasn't a MONSTER hit here too, people danced on the Tv the choreo, females and males. The choreo on the discos the choreo/video made the song iconic and a classic by Beyoncé. Actually, I would say that the Single Ladies look is Beyoncé's most iconic and representative looks of her in the world.

And it's still popular like I heard the song this week about 3 times, whether it's just someone quoting the lyrircs or the song being played in in a public area, it's still very popular

I'm from Poland, the song didn't do **** on charts and it's still well known, remembered and referenced to this day. I thonk more than IIWAB which peaked at #2.

Thr thing about the charts is that #1 doesn't make you classic automatically not that you can't be classic if you failed to snatch 30 top 3 WW.
