Was the Amanda Knox trial unjustified?
Despite the fact that I'm writing about the case and reading a lot of evidence regarding the murder, Do you think the trial was unjustified and could of have been caused by another suspect?

The big problem is the fact that this occurred in Italy, not the United States. We have a double jeopardy clause in the 5th amendment for a reason
