Share your tragic stories when you were on the verge of losing your life

When I was 8, I was walking with my grandpa who was behind me. We were on a narrow slippery icy sidewalk (it was cold winter). So there is a huge SUV driving on the left side near us, and I tripped and nearly slid under the monster car. My slow grandpa appeared to be fast, he QUICKLY grabbed me and didn't let me slide under the moving car. I was ALIVE

When 1989 - Taylor Swift's new album that's now on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon and not Spotify, but also exclusively at Target with: 3 bonus tracks, 3 special voice memos and a pack of 13 polaroids (collect all 65!) - leaked, I nearly died at least 4 times. Once was when the album just came on in general and knowing it was real, but then when How You Get the Girl, Wonderland and New Romantics come on, I had a shortness of breath and felt like I was about to pass out. It was a really amazing experience but also very traumatic and I'll never forget it as long as I live.

When I was 10 I was sucking on an Australian 20 cent coin but it got stuck in my throat so I couldn't breathe. I raced out to my dad who kept hitting my back till it fell out of my mouth lmao. I tried to swallow the coin but in hindsight that would have been very disastrous

When my iPhone 6+ was finally delivered yesterday.

This time I had an allergic reaction to some medicine. I couldn't breathe and I thot I was dying. So tragic, tbh.

Two months ago, I was crossing the road in between waiting cars when a scooter suddenly appeared. We both saw each other too late and in an attempt to dodge him I ran/jumped and fell onto the road. I fell into the bus lane and there was a bus just about to leave the bus stop, but there was an ambulance ( ) approaching with the horn on so the bus waited and I think that's why the bus driver saw me. The guy on the scooter helped me up and lead me to the side of the road to sit down. I still can't believe that I came so close to being run over by a car/bus/ambulance. I broke my foot but that was harmless compared to what could have happened.
