Anyways, its crazy that we get threads on a daily basis even a year later. Its annoying - but oh well, they are still bothered by the album, its success, and critical acclaim.

And also im so tired of reading pretentious stuff like that - the beyhive does this and that - is this and that. If your fave had as much talent and got hated on that much, you'd be just as defensive (no shade). It has nothing to do with the hive per se, its not like we are all a bunch of people who act/think the same.

Objectively speaking, i don't think that any of the pop girls had so many threads dragging her - and definitely not a year after her release.

It moves in cycles though. Like one day will randomly spark and influx of threads dragging Lady Gaga - or maybe she's done something to be a 'hot topic' like the day Cheek To Cheek hit #1, and a whole bunch of threads were made dragging her. Eventually a monster snapped and was like "Why is everyone on ATRL so obsessed with Lady Gaga?"

Yes, the album came out almost a year ago, but let's not pretend like these threads aren't being made after the very recent announcement/information leak of the Platinum Edition reissue.

That's just how ATRL works. Last week this place was FULL of 1989 threads. As soon as R8 comes out, Rihanna will be the talk of ATRL, and there will be threads made left, right and centre dragging her. Eventually a Rihanna stan will snap and make a "Why are there so many Rihanna threads?!" thread. As soon as the Superbowl airs, every thread will be about Katy. And a Katy stan will snap and make a "Why is everyone so obsessed with Katy Perry?!" thread.

This isn't anything new. ATRL - lather, rinse, repeat.

It's no worst than when the Beyonce stans make threads like that just to lure ppl in to praise her.

What I don't understand is why people letting the insecurities of other people put them on the defensive. If you're confident enough in your favorite artist to know that people have to reach, bring in opinions, or flat-out LIE about your fave to discredit them, then there's no need in responding. Just let the trolls speak to an empty crowd until they get bored (or banned, either one) because they really just want a rise out of others (specifically, some people like trolling the Hive because of their reactions).

Anyone making troll threads about Beyonce (her albums or otherwise) will not be discouraged by this, by the way. It makes them happy to know that "they're in your mind".
