The Jonas Brothers have spoken about their appearance at the Grammy Awards next month, revealing they are incredibly nervous about attending the prestigious ceremony.
"I fear that day," Kevin Jonas tells Radio Disney. "You should have seen how nervous we were just going to the announcement ceremony."
Kevin also revealed to MTV how the band felt when they heard the news that they had been nominated: "The air just kind of leaves your lungs, it was kind of awesome!"
The eldest Jonas also revealed his band have a fan in the legend Smokey Robinson, who they met at the announcement ceremony. "Smokey Robinson came over to us... and said, 'I'll be rooting for you!'. No way! Really? That's awesome!"
The pop trio have been nominated for Best New Artist and will compete against Adele, Duffy, Lady Antebellum and Jazmine Sullivan for the award.
The 51st Annual Grammy Awards takes place on February 8 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
