I'm terrified of millipedes and centipedes beyond belief. Some spiders really scare the sh*t out of me, too (especially tarantulas), although not to the extent of millipedes and centipedes. They honestly terrify me..... The one morning there was one in my bathroom and I wouldn't even go in there. I did my hair upstairs in my parents' bathroom.
I'm also TERRIFIED of the movie E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial beyond belief. I loved the movie for a while and then one day (I was still pretty young, though), I came across all of the old toys I had from the movie and just started screaming and told my mom to burn them all and I was absolutely mortified, I think because I had had nightmares about E.T. that terrified me. My family still gives me crap about it to this day because they don't understand why it scares me, but even to this day, I have nightmares about E.T. from time to time. It's really freaking creepy because he's usually trying to kill me or do something horrible to me. I know he was good in the movie, but my dreams are really freaking scary and I can't even look at him. He terrifies me!
Bugs crawling into my ear. - I saw a program when i was young about this guy who had a cockroach crawl in ear and he had to get surgery. I guess it kinda stuck with me as i grew up.

Death by drowning, because when i was young i almost drowned.

Where do you live? I ask because I've never seen them in person. Only on like tv shows and movies
The other day my mom and I were screaming and shaking in the corner after we saw a huge spider crawl into the kitchen. Normally we see small spiders like daddy long legs or wolf, but this one was huge. It wasn't until twenty minutes later my dad came back and caught it. I think it was a brown recluse.
It's not really a mental fear though. It's more of a biological, evolutionary fear where my body seems to sense it's in danger. I'm constantly trying to tell myself I love heights, bungee jumping, roller coasters, etc. when in reality, I feel nauseous just looking over balconies or down 2-3 levels at the mall.
But like I said, I love it. I feel like that fear gives me so much more adrenaline when I actually do go on roller coasters and all that stuff.
