Katy doesn't even need the word female to have an impressive record. 69 weeks in the top 10 alone is more impressive since it shows longevity and continued patronage by the GP. high first week album sales are just a proof of a very loyal fanbase, it doesn't ensure longevity and considering her 1m week openers SLUMP later in the era (Speak Now, Red) both of which are very successful at the start but go scarily downhill later.

Teenage Dream's record is only one because she is the first female to achieve it; 5 number 1s from an album has been done before.

Britney's record - same as above, it's only a record because she's a woman. Many others have debuted with more than 1.319 million. And to be frank selling 1.287m fw in 2014 is a much bigger achievement.

It seems like Taylor's record of 3 consecutive first week platinum certifications is the only achievement her that is unprecedented. She is the only logical choice
