I agree with Wendy on one point; Britney probably should spend some time as a single woman. The relationship hopping speaks to Britney's need to escape the very isolated world she occupies. She has a very small circle of support that consists almost entirely of family members and a few friends (half of whom are actually family members of some sort). Boyfriends provide an intense and briefly satisfying sort of companionship, but in the long run, she will be better served by a larger assortment of friends, family and other good influences who can offer a bit more than carnal gratification.
But I take umbrage with Wendy's repeated references to Britney's "ticks." It's terminology that implies a kind of instability that Britney hasn't exhibited in years. Yes, her emotional health is something that will have to be monitored, but Britney seems to be relatively balanced and hasn't exhibited any truly disturbing behavior in a very long time. We can stop making reference to the 51/50, and we can stop tapping our skulls and making funny faces whenever we talk about "crazy" Britney. She's, like, totally normal-ish... and all things considered, that's great. If she were a random woman off the street we wouldn't peg her as anything more than a sweet person with some social anxiety issues.
She is. I don't understand why y'all try to sweep that under the rug.
She's not.
She probably has some type of mild mental illness, but it's completely controlled. It's going a bit too far to imply that she's crazy or "mentally unstable." She's also socially awkward, but that's it, she's completely stable.
