Considering the show had nearly twice as many seasons with her than it did with Shannen I think not.

Personally I preferred the show the longer it went on mostly. Idk it got less corny and therefore more badass, especially once power got her particle acceleration power and Paige started bossing it.
Kinda dipped around season 5 but once Cole was gone it was much better, especially come Oh My Goddess which was brilliant, cheesiness aside.

No. I didn't even know Shannon really, the first episode i remember is actually the two part one where Paige gets introduced. It still became my all time favorite show. The only people who ruined it where the one's played by the girl from Big Bang Theory.

And even more funnier i only ever learned about Prue after joining here and watching season 1-3 but that still didn't change anything for me

Rose was so fresh and good for the show. The ones who "ruined" Charmed were the writers when they decided to add Billy and her sister to the show.

No, I think it could only go on for six seasons, no matter what, before becoming horrible. This is hypothetic because after season 4, the show was never the same and became the caricature some people, who had preconceived ideas about it (a Aaron Spelling show with sexy witches on a channel for teenager), criticized.

Also, Rose was the best actress, on par with Shannen, to ever joined the show and she was really well-portrayed in season 4.

Which is one of the things that made her fantastic. Shannen's Prue >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Rose's Paige. The peak of Charmed was the Season 3 finale and then it flatlined after that, sans Shannen.
