The fact that everyone thought it was going to be a song dragging Katy to hell and back. I asked my mum who she thought it was about after she listened to it a few times (IDK if she saw all the news/gossip headlines that went around after that Rolling Stone article - I doubt it, she doesn't really keep up with gossip) and she had no idea and just randomly guessed an ex boyfriend who she had a run-in with then I told her it was inspired by her broken friendship with Katy Perry and she was like WAIT WHAT HOW?!?!
