Why is it that no-one ever really addresses the topic of diarrhoea directly? It's always "I have a bad tummy" or "indigestion" like we've all been there and had diarrhoea so why are we all so scared to talk about it? When people have spicy food it's "I'll be up all night" and not "I'll have diarrhoea tonight" like lets grow up here people and when I tell people I have diarrhoea the look of disgust on their faces I swear like bitch we've all been there stop pretending your bowels are a godsent ****ing hell can we all climb out of our own diarrhoear-ridden asses and just say the word out loud for christ's sake?!
IDK, its not taboo to me, I use it as an excuse to get out of doing things all the time, not ashamed
Mom wants me to babysit: "Sorry diarrhea "
Obscure relative funeral: "Sorry I have diarrhea "
Friend needs help moving for the 12th time: "I would but I have diarrhea "

etc.
Wait, let me use this as my new excuse for everything. I usually just say I have an interview.
