I think it's a UK thing. Cupid and a few other people from that area have been reporting the same problems in the Technical Support thread - even after they cleared their history, cookies, cache etc.

Jimmy is from Scotland, so he's probably getting hit with the same explicit advertisers as the others.
He can try clearing his history and limiting his ad tracking (General > Privacy > Advertising on iOS) and
maybe blocking adult content through Resections; but if it's a corrupted advertiser, then that probably won't have much of an effect.
(I'm assuming he's on mobile since his signature was not enabled on that post)
