The 47-year-old mother of three and estranged wife of Exelon Energy Corp. chairman Mayo Shattuck was indicted on two counts of third-degree rape, four counts of unlawful sexual contact and three counts of providing alcohol to minors, according to authorities. She pleaded not guilty and posted $84,000 bail.
Shattuck, who is separated from her husband, has been under investigation for the past several weeks for alleged sexual involvement with a 15-year-old student at a Baltimore private school.

During their first intimate encounter in May — at an AMC movie theater — they kissed and touched each other before taking off in Shattuck’s Cadillac Escalade to a middle school parking lot where they made out in the back seat, according to search warrant.
Over Labor Day weekend, she rented a beach house in Delaware — bringing her son and his friends — and invited her teenage paramour to stay with her.
She promised his father there would be no alcohol, though officials say she drank wine and offered it to the boy.
