I think both legal and recreational use should be legal. People will still find a way to get it and do it whether or whether not it's legal, so why not just make it legal. Also, in my opinion it does not do harm.

All uses should be legal and the government should stop telling people what to do with their body, and imprisoning young colored men for stupid crap like "possession". If alcohol is legal so should marijuana.
It would help cripple Mexico's cartels. People are going to do it, whether it's legal or not anyway. If they did legalize it, it'd do wonders economically.
Should be legalised (for medicinal and recreational purpose) and taxed accordingly. People are going to get their hands on it one way or another... so they gov't may as well profit off it.
And the only reason it is the supposed 'gateway drug' is because you have to go to a street dealer to get it... the kind of people who often possess harder drugs.

It should not be legal and it should be dealt with more harshly. It's a joke, even kids in school use it. It should be treated like cocaine, hashish, meth and other hard drugs.
Legalise it and tax the absolute **** out of it like they do cigarettes and alcohol. Stop wasting police money on trying to control it when clearly it isn't working.
