Yeah, it sucks, but would you rather have the whole site crash like it used to? It would go down for hours and hours and never recover, so someone would have to restart the server manually, and some data would be lost.

I have to admit, I fell out for a minute after that one.
As for this, a average site would leave some kind of game, a music video, maybe even a cupon to KFC but NO NO NO not ATRL they want to be EXTRAORDINARY and promote OTHER sites for you to go and view.
