It might sell 10k copies or something, doubt it will be a huge seller considering it's priced around $30 USD and you have the option to "complete my album" on iTunes. This set is basically for hardcore fans, the average person isn't going to want to spend that amount of money on this.

Depends on where you live, I mean in my country it is €24,99, which is basically a little more than the price of a normal album since most new albums are around €18 - €20,- and deluxe editions are mainly like between €20,- and €22

Not much. When you've already bought the album on Itunes, you have the option to just add the two new songs. And frankly this is for hardcore stans and most hardcore stans already have the album on Itunes. Now maybe 5k-20K of us will be interested in buying it physical but I can't really see more.
